Welcome to the Superior Bedrooms website. By accessing or using this website, booking a home visit, or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Services

We provide bespoke furniture design, manufacturing, and installation services, including:

Fitted bedrooms and wardrobes
Media walls
Home office furniture
Kitchens, bathrooms, and living room storage
Commercial joinery for schools, offices, and more

All work is carried out by our in-house team. We do not subcontract our fitting work.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are provided free of charge following a home visit or design consultation.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Any changes to the original design or specification may affect the final price.
A deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Booking & Cancellations

You can book a free home visit via phone, email, WhatsApp or our website.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a visit or installation, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may incur a charge.

5. Delivery & Installation

We aim to carry out all installations within the agreed timeframe.
We will keep you informed of any delays due to material availability or unforeseen circumstances.
All fitting is done by our own family team with care and respect for your home.
We ask that your space is clear and accessible before fitting begins.

6. Product Guarantee

All our work is covered by a lifetime workmanship guarantee. This means:

If something we built or fitted fails due to poor workmanship, we’ll fix it.
The guarantee does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or third-party work.
Materials (e.g. hinges, handles, doors) may come with separate manufacturer warranties.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and website content remain the property of Superior Bedrooms and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Liability

We take every care to ensure your installation is completed safely and to a high standard. However, we are not responsible for:

Delays caused by third parties (e.g. material suppliers)
Issues arising from existing plumbing, wiring, or structural faults in your home
Damage caused by misuse or poor maintenance of furniture once installed
