What We Believe
To keep things fair and transparent, here’s what we look for:
- The item must be identical in size, finish, design, and specification.
- The quote must come from a reputable UK mainland-based competitor.
- The product must be in stock and available at the time of the price match.
- The competitor’s price must be inclusive of VAT — or we’ll add VAT to match on a like-for-like basis.
- Delivery must be excluded from their price if it is excluded from ours.
- Price match applies only to new orders, before payment is made.
- Cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or vouchers.
